We came up with this framework to plan our roadmap and wanted to share with you all. If you are planning a roadmap for your design system, give it a try. The steps are as follows:

1. List the participants
2. Write the tasks in buckets
3. Arrange them in Impact / Effort graph

Buckets are groups to help you understand where the system team should focus their energy on.
